Suzanne Gatrell, General Manager Oswego
October 15, 2008 – Please join us in welcoming Suzanne Gatrell to the Oswego and to Boutique Hotels and Resorts of British Columbia. Suzanne’s first official day on property is October 29th, though she will be spending time with her leadership team before then. In addition to his new responsibilities with The Nelsen Lodge, Peter Nielsen will be supporting Suzanne with her training and on-boarding on property in Victoria.
With over twenty years international experience within four & five star hotels, Suzanne brings an incredible diversity of experience and a proven record of service and operations excellence. In her last three roles Suzanne has delivered as a Catering & Conference Services Manager, Director of Operations and Director of Sales and Marketing.
Originally from England, Suzanne has worked throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, but has been drawn back to enjoy life and work in Victoria. Suzanne has a keen understanding of the Victoria Market; in fact she comes to us most recently from The Harbour Towers Hotel & Suites – Oswego’s closest neighbor.
