Catered Victoria Meetings The Oswego Hotel is perfect for corporate retreats and incentives, executive board meetings, group luncheons, and receptions.

The Kingston Room is fully "wired for business" with complimentary wireless and hard wire Internet access, built-in LCD projector, screen, white board, flip chart, podium, and stereo.

Set for a maximum of 20 people boardroom style, the Kingston Room is 850 square feet with natural lighting. We also have a smaller boardroom for up to 6 people, also with natural light and a balcony.

In order to sustain your group throughout the day, our Chef will create a menu to best suit your group's needs and dietary concerns. Click here to view our catering menu.

Weddings & Events:

The O Bistro + Lounge (and Patio) can accommodate up to 90 people for a reception or 20 people for a sit down dinner. If you wish to book the O Bistro for a private function, the room rental/set up fee is $1,000. Penthouse suite balconyThis fee will be waived if your food & beverage costs, excluding tax and gratuity, exceed $3,500.

Our Chef will be happy to work with you in customizing menu options.

We also offer three two-bedroom Penthouse Suites with large balconies offering spectacular views of the city, ocean, and Olympic Mountains. They may be booked for catered receptions for up to 25 people.
