New Fall Menu in the O Bistro
We have launched a new Fall Menu at the O Bistro.
Lunch favorites like the Bistro Burger and Frites are made in-house. The Bistro Burger is a 7oz AAA Grilled Sirloin Burger and it’s filled with flavour from the Bourbon Infused Caramelized Onion, Double Smoked Hickory Bacon and Wood Smoked “Wig Wam” Cheddar.
The Fire Roasted Chicken Sandwich has quickly become a lunch favorite as well; with thinly sliced Granny Smith Apple, Hickory Smoked Bacon, and Cowichan Brie. Both the burger and the sandwich can be ordered with gluten free bread and are accompanied by your choice of Soup, Artisan Greens or House Made Frites.
Seafood Paella, Stuffed Free Range Chicken Breast, Pan Seared Scallops, Steak Frites, Apple Cider Braised Lamb Shank and Ratatouille Napoleon are all new to the Dinner Menu. In keeping with the O Bistro tradition, many of our mains are available in small and large plates.
Also new, our house made Charcuterie Plate can be ordered as a single, or a platter for sharing. Chef’s Selection of Meats and Cheeses are accompanied by Olives, Apple Fig Compote, Grainy Mustard and Artisan Breads.
As part of our eco-driven philosophy, we maintain a 100% sustainable Ocean Wise seafood menu that protects endangered species, minimizes the impact on the natural marine environment, and limits by-catch. We are proud of our Ocean Wise certification.
