Our total experience at the Oswego was excellent. We arrived early and were able to get into our room. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. We loved the spacious and well appointed rooms which were spotless. The location is excellent. It is in a quiet neighborhood but only a short walk to the center of town.We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was very good.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I left clothes in the dresser. When I called, these were mailed to me. I was impressed with the service of everyone we met while in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Victoria.

Back at the Oswego for my weekend away in Victoria. They made my entire weekend worry free - from the moment I pulled up with my Vespa/vehicle & Trailer the staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful. They helped us unload the scooter/motorcycle and get the vehicles parked safe and sound in the underground parking lot. Check in was seamless. The room was gorgeous, comfortable and the price was right as well.
I will be back again soon, and will book my stay @ the Oswego.
Thanks everybody!

By far the best Hotel in Victoria, and I have tried most of them in the past year as I have been here frequently on business. The staff, the rooms, the service are all wonderful and it truly is a pleasure to find this gem in Victoria. Casual, comfortable, yet still has a contemporary feel that just says "class" in a slightly understated way. Great spot!

This hotel may not come with all the bells, whistles and tea rooms of a notorious nearby spot like the Empress, but who needs tea when your room comes stocked with bottles of local wine! Rooms are HUGE, bathrooms are luxurious, kitchenettes are clean and well stocked. We stayed here for two nights but this place is ideal for those travellers looking to stay a few days or more. Great location, huge rooms with expansive (but inexpensive) living spaces, and a lovely staff. I'd recommend this place 100 times over.

This hotel exemplifies a boutique hotel that understands functionality with style. I highly suggest this for the travel professional and those seeking large areas with separate rooms for living, working and sleeping. The soaker tub and stand alone showers in the oversized bathrooms finish it off perfectly!

Jesse at the front desk at Oswego Hotel was very professional and made me feel welcomed. Everything was ready to go when I checked in at 12pm. I was very pleased to see every request has been taken care of before I checked in. The location was convenient, hotel was very clean, neat, comforting. But best of all, I want to give Jesse a big applause for making me feel welcomed with her big smile and positive attitude. Thank you Oswego! I will come back to stay with you guys next time and more!

We were very happy with the hotel and room. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Very nice hotel and I have already referred 4 friends traveling to Victoria over the holiday season.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Oswego Hotel. The spacious suite and other amenities made it a nice "home away from home." We stayed 4 nights. The hotel has a nice boutiquey feel to it. The location is convenient and a comfortable walking distance to the many attractions that Victoria has to offer. A new floor was being placed in the lobby as we checked in — which was during a very low tourism time of the year (early November). The staff made adjustments so that it wasn't a problem. With comfortable robes, a full kitchen and a newspaper at the door in the morning, we often stayed in the room longer having a leisurely breakfast than we normally would. But that made our stay very relaxing.

The Oswego Hotel was a good choice for my boyfriend and me since we traveled by Victoria Clipper and hotel location was perfect (just 1 block from the Clipper Terminal and 2 blocks from the Parliament Building). We got studio on sixth floor which had a great view and large window. The room was clean and nice, bathroom was large and had bathtub and shower. I am sure we will stay in Oswego hotel in future, I like its style and location.
